Melksham Independent News is a free fortnightly newspaper which offers a comprehensive news coverage of the area, and is packed full of local news - news about Melksham, its schools, clubs, organisations and people. 12,200 copies are distributed every fortnight covering Melksham and all the surrounding villages - Atworth, Beanacre, Bowerhill, Broughton Gifford, Holt, Seend and Seend Cleeve, Semington, Shaw, Whitley. It has the largest circulation of any newspaper in the
Melksham area, and is the only newspaper with a door-to-door
